ITINERARY

One Day Before

 Train tickets and interaries are delivered to your hotel at least one day prior to your departure.

Day 1: Tokyo - Kyoto

6:20am-12:10pm

Tokyo Station/ Shinagawa Station/ Shin-Yokohama Station (Hikari/160 mins) Kyoto Station

After arrival, free at your leisure. Transfer to your hotel on your own

Early Morning Departure:
Leave Tokyo: 6:20-7:20am / Arrive Kyoto 9:10-9:55am

Late Morning Departure:

Leave Tokyo: 10:30-12:10am / Arrive Kyoto 1:10-2:50pm

Dinner

On your own.

Day 2: Kyoto - Osaka

Breakfast

On your own.

Free at leisure until departure.

Kyoto Station (Special Rapid Service/ 30 mins) Osaka Station

Participants can freely choose their trains (limited to local trains). After arrival, you have leisure time. Transfer to your hotel on your own.

Dinner

Day 3: Osaka - Tokyo

Breakfast

On your own.

Free at your leisure until departure.

11:40am - 1:50pm

Shin Osaka Station (Hikari /180 mins)

2:40-4:40pm

Shin-Yokohama Station/ Shinagawa Station/ Tokyo Station

REMARKS

1.You cannot designate the departure/arrival time, nor the train seat.
2. Please note that your Shinkansen tickets will not be reissued or replaced if you lose them after receipt. In those circumstances, you will have to purchase normal tickets at your own expense.
3. Local train (non-reserved seats) will be used for transfer between Kyoto and Osaka.

Train & Hotel Package Remarks
1. Transportation fees covered by the tour include the one-way or round trip fare on the designated train. All other fees will be personally borne.
2. This tour is offered for travellers from overseas only.
3. For the purpose of sending tickets, please make your reservations no later than noon two days before the desired departure date.
4. If you need to make any changes after making reservations, please call no later than eight business days before your departure date.
5. If you decide to cancel the tour after receiving your tickets, please send the tickets back to Sunrise Center.
